Is there a nightly stay minimum?

Answer

Yes, guests will be required to stay a minimum of 3 nights at the Paradisus Riviera Maya Resort.

Does the resort offer transportation?

Answer

No, it does not. Please click on the 'Travel' tab for more information on transportation to and from the resort.

Question

Can we stay outside of the Paradisus resort?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We kindly request that our guests stay at the resort for their convenience and to fully enjoy the weekend festivities. Your presence means the world to us, and having you nearby would make our celebration even more special. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a date / +1?

Answer

Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal beach wedding attire - long dresses for women, button up shirt & pants for men.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who are invited. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party. We hope you understand & can enjoy a fun date night.

If my children weren't on the invitation, can I still bring them for the vacation?

Answer

Yes, of course! There is child care available at the resort included with your stay for you to utilize.

What child care services are available?

Answer

There is complimentary child care onsite for children ages 1-10 everyday from 9am to 11pm. We encourage all families traveling with children to utilize this service the night of the wedding. Children are broken out into separate areas by ages 1-4 and then ages 5-10. There are various hourly activities available every day from yoga, arts & crafts, pool parties in the water park, and more that are included in with your stay.
