Matron of Honor
Sara is the person I have known the longest in my wedding party. She is my cousin and we have not only been family but best friends for as long as I can remember! She taught me so many vital things, like how to wear makeup and a sense of style. One funny story is in 8th grade I tried to dye my hair to be blonde like Sara and it ended up turning a peanut butter color (HAHA). I always look up to her <3. I would not be the person I am today without her. She has been through all of life's craziest moments from the very beginning! We worked together at CFA, went to nursing school together and worked at the same hospital. Recently, Rudy and I moved into the same neighborhood as them! Life has a funny way of taking us down the same path. I love her with all my heart! I couldn't say I do w/o you.
Maid of Honor
Ashley and I go back to 7th grade where we met in English class. I knew from the get go that I wanted to be best friends with her. She was so sweet, funny and kind to me. We ran track and CC together and we even worked together at CFA. Ashley ended up taking a liking to my brother which at first I wasn't thrilled about because she was my bff! Over time it paid off though because I have a niece and nephew thanks to their relationship. I never had a sister and I was so thankful to share that bond with her. Ashley and I have the same sense of humor which is why we get along so well. Ashley is also the person I know I can trust with my entire life. I am thankful for her loyalty and for always making time for me. She always makes it a point to check in with me. I love you so much Ashley! <3
Bridesmaid
Bree and I met from our dads when we were about 6 years old. We instantly got along and had so much fun together. We would always have sleepovers whenever we were at our dads house. We both share the same sense of humor and helped each other grow. We were able to go through so many things in life together and it brought us closer. When we were 18 we no longer had to go to our dads house but we still made an effort with each other. I literally went to her house like every weekend for like two years. I couldn't have had a better time with her. Despite Bree (also known as BB) moving to Las Vegas we still keep in contact. She is the longest friend I have. I love you how you are so care free, loving and not afraid to be yourself. I am thankful for our friendship and hilarious memories.
Bridesmaid
Michelle and I became friends through Chick-fil-a in 2011. Our friendship is going on 10 years which is crazy to think about! We got along from the get go and once we noticed we were both goofballs it only got better. Michelle decided to go to school at BW which luckily was close by. I was able to go visit her a lot and we had the BEST memories there. She always invited me to every event as her plus one which I loved. Fast forward a couple years later Michelle was now my plus one. She is known for her third wheel status in Rudy and I's relationship. She would always tag along with us to every event and the three of us always went out and had a blast together. From the beginning she was supportive of Rudy and I and spent time with us. She is a positive, kind and a happy soul all around.
Bridesmaid
I met Cat back in 2015 at Country Jam, from my cousin Sara who introduced us. From the get go Cat and I got along because we both wanted to have fun and enjoy life. We went downtown for Cavs and Indians playoff games and we have went out just the two of us downtown dancing and had an absolute blast. We discovered we were both foodies and Cat helped me learn how to cook. Being adults now with responsibilities and bills we have shifted to working out, grocery shopping and going on walks together. I admire Cat for her courage to speak up and to take on new challenges. I love all of the fun memories we share together and you are totally my vacation buddy. I love how easy going and motivated you are. I am counting down till our next trip together and thank you for introducing me to Rudy!
Best Man
Josh is the guy I can always count on, no matter what happens he is always there for me. Whether it be moving furniture or picking me up in the middle of the night after getting a concussion. He would drop anything for his friends, assuming he picks up the phone. We have a lot of great memories together, too many to list here, and some probably best we don't disclose on the internet. For a while there we were a package deal, it was rare to see one without the other. Josh even got Karissa's phone number before me, luckily being the nice guy he is he gave it to me later that night. He is a huge support to both Karissa and I and always willing to give advice or just be there to listen. And to think we owe our whole friendship to that damn bus driver!
Groomsman
Matt is one of my cousin's I have looked up to my entire life. He has been a great role model to me and has given me great advice. He has taught me many things throughout the years like which bourbons are best in my Manhattan or tips on my golf game, even though I'll never beat him even with the golden putter! He is extremely modest in that aspect even if he's winning by 20 strokes he'd never let you know it. Although when I was little Matt would tease and torture me like a good cousin him and I have grown closer over the years and now are better friends than ever. You can always find him and I together now getting wings at Pounders and playing Keno.
Groomsman
Tom is another cousin of mine I have looked up to. He was always the nicest of them all protecting me from his brother, my sister, and the other cousins. He is one of the smartest guys I know (except when it comes to fixing keyboards) and is always willing to help if there is a problem. If he doesn't know how to fix it he will figure it out. He's also the guy to ask about new beers I'm pretty sure he has visited every brewery in the United States. Even though there is an age gap between us, we have so much in common like being huge Cleveland sports fans or playing similar games.
Groomsman
Kyle and I have become really great friends recently, we have known each other a very long time and have always hung out but not like we have over the past couple years. If I could go back and change things so that we were friends like this when we first met I would. Even when covid hit and everything was shut down I could always rely on him to hang out and shoot pool over a few beers. He is one of the most genuine people I know and is not afraid to tell it how it is. He is also someone who is always there for me, if I need someone to unwind with after a long day or if I need his help with something he's not afraid to roll his sleeves up and get dirty. He's truly someone I'm happy to call a friend.
Groomsman
John and I became friends at Panera when we were in high school. He was always the quiet kid who would hang in the back and do dishes but as soon as he and I started talking I realized how funny he is and his true colors showed. He is a super nice guy with nothing bad ever to say about anyone, and a hard worker who is always willing to help. We have great memories of jumping railroad tracks in his Ford ranger or racing through the commons after work. Even though recently school/work has caused us to not hang out as much I know as soon as life slows down again we will pick up right where we left off.
