When Do I Need To RSVP By?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1st in order for us to have an accurate guest count. You can RSVP by using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab on the menu above. If neither of those options are working, please text one of us or someone who can let us know. If we do not receive an RSVP from you by May 1st, we will assume you will not be able to attend

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

We would love for our friends and family to get dressed up to celebrate with us! Dress in cowboy formal/cocktail attire. Men: Feel free to dress in your best pair of jeans and boots with a sharp button up and a sports coat or vest if you have one. If you'd rather wear slacks and dress shoes, go for it! Ties are not necessary, and cowboy hats are welcome. Avoid ball caps Women: Go for a nice dress or jumpsuit. What is the Address for the Venue?

Answer

24900 S Soncy Rd, Canyon, TX 79015 Note: There is an active train track that runs just south of highway 60. In order to avoid delays getting to the venue if you are coming from north of them: Turn onto N 11th St if driving on highway 60 OR continue down US-87 until 4th Ave if driving on I-27

Where Do I Park?

Answer

The venue has free parking on-site, to the right side as soon as you turn onto the property.

What Time Should I Arrive For The Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 6:00pm. Please arrive at the venue 15-30 minutes prior to allow time to park and find a seat.

Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all phones are on silent and put away during the ceremony. Not only do we have a wonderful photographer to capture those moments for us that we will share, but we want everyone to fully enjoy the ceremony with us. But after the ceremony ends, please feel free to take any photos you'd like and share with us as well!

Will The Wedding Be Indoors Or Outdoors?

Answer

Both! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside and then move inside immediately after for the reception.

Can I Leave My Vehicle At The Venue Overnight?

Answer

Yes, if you need a ride at the end of the night, you are welcome to leave your vehicle at the venue and come back the next morning to pick it up. We ask that you don't leave your vehicle there all day before going to get it.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! We encourage you to plan ahead for carpooling. Since it's a Saturday night, you should be able to get an Uber/Lyft, but they are usually in the Amarillo area so plan accordingly for pickup time to take a while and drink responsibly🥂

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you have a plus one, they will be noted on the invite and they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If you have any questions though, feel free to reach out!

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Yes! Your invitation will be specific with names or addressed to the family. The names of children will show up under your name when you go to RSVP if you are still unsure. We'd love to have your kids present, but you can also always use the evening as a "night out" if you'd prefer!

Is There A Hotel Block?

Answer

Yes, we have one at the Best Western in Canyon, code "Mizer". Check out the Travel page in the menu above for more information or other places to stay in the area.

What Do I Do If I Can't Make It?

Answer

If you RSVP'd yes but you can't it to the wedding anymore, please reach out as soon as possible! Or you can change your RSVP on our website so that we can plan accordingly. You will be missed!
