Transportation

Answer

All guests are welcome to use our provided transportation to the reception at Round Lake Farms. The buses will leave from the Hilton Garden Inn Kimberly/Appleton at 4:15 pm following our ceremony to allow our out-of-town guests time to check into their hotel room. Please indicate whether you plan to take the shuttle when submitting your RSVP so we can ensure adequate transportation for all guests. There will be several trips back to the hotel throughout the evening, with the final bus leaving at the conclusion of the reception.

There is free parking at the venue if you decide to drive yourself. You may park your car overnight at the venue if needed.

Carry-Ins

Please refrain from bringing outside food and beverage, especially alcohol, as this is prohibited at our venue and could result in additional fees or fines. Food and drinks will be provided. Please notify us if you have an allergy or food restriction so we can accommodate.

Plus-Ones

Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate guests as indicated on invitations. If you have received a plus one this will be written on your invitation, or the guest will be addressed by name.

Please see the "Travel" tab for hotel block information. We have a block of hotels reserved at The Hilton Garden Inn Kimberly/Appleton. Rooms are available for Thursday and Friday night. Due to room block limitations, we recommend booking early to ensure availability!
