When are RSVPs due?

We must provide a final guest count by 8/1/2026. We are unable to make any changes after this date.

How do I book my stay?

Answer

Please book your stay at the resort using our travel website: http://barefootbridal.com/kariryan If you would prefer to book directly through the resort, you can do so. Please reach out to Kari to see how you can still get a discount and airport transfers. Please note on your reservation that you’re attending the Ristucci wedding.

I’m seeing a lower cost for the resort elsewhere. Will your travel concierge price match?

Answer

Most likely yes! If you find a lower cost for the resort than the quote provided by barefoot bridal, please screenshot and email them. They cannot, however, request price matching if you are planning to book with credit card points or something similar.

Are flights included with my stay?

Answer

No, guests are responsible for booking their own flights. Our travel concierge can provide assistance with flights and may offer some discounts but we encourage you to the find the best deal! We would appreciate you sharing your flight itinerary on our travel site so we can arrange for your transportation to the resort.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Each of you have been hand chosen because of the special role you play in our lives. Thank you for understanding!

Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need! We appreciate you traveling to join us on our special day!
