I want to book my hotel, where should I stay?

Answer

We are working on getting a discounted group rate at nearby lodging at both locations. Stay tuned for updates! This is not a requirement if you want to make other arrangements (friends, family, tent, RV, etc.) that is absolutely fine! If you are looking for a hotel with a good rate, we will have updates for you coming soon!

Sorry! Space is incredibly limited at both of our locations. We unfortunately do not have room to invite all of our dearest friends and family (or future friends!). We are only able to accommodate those listed out on each invitation. The RSVP page on our website will indicate who all is in your party for additional clarity! If you have beef, contact Zac.

Where should I book my flights?

Answer

Since we are doing two locations, we have two best picks for airports: If you are attending the Ceremony: Bangor International Airport (BGR) is the closest to Acadia National Park. It is 1 hour by car from Bar Harbor, where we plan to lodge.. If you are attending the Reception: LaGuardia International Airport (LGA) is the best option, however JFK and EWR are nearby, just slightly further and will require additional preparation/transportation. Let us know if you need directions/guidance!

It's... in the woods, but also in Brooklyn? What the **** am I supposed to wear?

Answer

That's a great question! 😂 If you have read the Zac & Karin problem, then you already know this, but these two spots just scream "us." The ceremony will be outdoors in the autumn in eastern Maine. It is going to be chilly, but very little chance of snow, so come prepared with layers! The Reception will be indoors at our favorite NYC jazz club. This is black tie. Periodt. We have more guidance on the Lookbook tab if you need ideas/inspiration on what to wear!
