There a lots of ways to get in downtown! There are several car rental options, shuttles, and Lyft and Uber are relatively inexpensive. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the options: -Taxis and Ride-Hailing: Taxis are available at the airport, and ride-hailing services like Uber and Lyft have designated pick-up areas. For rideshares, the designated pick-up area is located under the Consolidated Rental Car Facility, behind the Red Garage. -Public Transportation: Capital Metro's MetroAirport bus (Route 20) provides a direct link between AUS and downtown Austin, with convenient stops at popular locations. The fare is $1.25. Private Car Services: -Companies like ExecuCar and Carter Transportation offer private car and limousine services for airport transfers.
