FAQs

Timing, attire, photos, and more—everything you need to know for our celebration!
Question

What Should I Wear?

Answer

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! We kindly invite guests to dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire. Dark and fall-inspired colors are encouraged to complement the season and setting. We respectfully ask that guests refrain from wearing blue jeans.

Question

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we are keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation when you RSVP.

Question

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only, except for the kids who are in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have fun!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Once invitations are sent, you can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

Question

What Date Should I RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 12th, 2026.

Question

What Happens if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we don’t hear from you by September 12th, 2026, we will have to assume you’re unable to attend as we finalize our plans. We completely understand that life gets busy, and we truly appreciate your help in responding by the deadline. Please know you’ll be missed and celebrated from afar.

Question

Can I Take Pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present, and so our professional photographer and videographer can capture the moment without distractions. Once the ceremony concludes, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like during cocktail hour and the reception—we can’t wait to see them!

Question

When Should I Arrive to the Wedding?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for seating and to get settled. To avoid disruptions, guests who arrive after the ceremony has started will not be permitted to enter until it has concluded. The venue is about an hour and a half away from Tyler, Tx, please plan accordingly. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep the moment special.

Question

Will the Wedding be Indoor or Outdoor

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. The cocktail hour will be outside, weather permitting.

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

At this time, we do not have a hotel block, as most of our guests are local. However, there are plenty of hotels and Airbnb options in the area to choose from for those traveling in. We recommend staying in Longview, Tx.

Question

Is there parking avaliable?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be available at the venue for all guests.
