Karina and Jonathan met in their Junior year of HighSchool. First Impression? Karina wondered why doesn't he have an umbrella it's raining! Jonathan recalls Karina gifting him an umbrella and he lost it anyway... but he recalls Karina's big smile. They began a friendship until their school trip to D.C where it changed the trajectory of their relationship. They officially began dating on January 15th, 2014 and have been together for the last 12 years. What they love about their relationship is how they complement one another, Karina pushes to improve their relationship whilst Jonathan helps Karina be more grounded and centered about the "little things" in life. Their relationship shifted in November of 2020 where they moved into their first apartment, now 3 apartments later, a beautiful cockapoo named Zelda to make their lives more wholesome, getting their Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and State Licensure, are ready to take the next step of getting married. They're so excited to have their friends, colleagues and loved ones join them to celebrate their love and journey towards love on November 5th, 2027.
