Where do I book my hotel room?

https://www.shaadidestinations.com/karina-and-gautam Reservations MUST be made on this site through Shaadi Destinations to attend wedding events; reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a travel agency will not receive any group perks, and discounted group pricing, nor will guests be allowed to enter wedding events.

What days should I book?
Answer
Our wedding events will take place from the morning of Thursday, May 22 to the evening of Saturday, May 24. Some guests will fly in a day early on Wednesday. The Haldi event on Thursday morning is optional, so no worries if you are unable to fly in until Thursday. We recommend flying out on Sunday afternoon or evening (or later because it is a holiday long weekend), since the reception will last until late Saturday night.

When do I need to book my hotel room by?
Answer
Please make your reservation by February 15, 2025 so we can plan for your attendance of events. This also enables you to take full advantage of our room block and preferred hotel rates. If you are unable to reserve your hotel rooms by this date, please contact Karina or Gautam.
Question
It's a long holiday weekend! Can I arrive early or stay later?
Answer
Absolutely! While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of our special wedding rate from Tuesday, May 20, 2025-Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The Haldi, Sangeet Fiesta, and Wedding Ceremony are scheduled to be outdoor events, weather permitting. The Reception will be indoors.

Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we feel so fortunate to celebrate this special moment with you!
