We're so excited to celebrate this day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we are keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. We love our little ones, however, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. We encourage you to use this as a vacation away from the kids and have some fun!
Your hotel room deposit will serve as your initial RSVP. Rooms can be reserved now with a deposit of $100–$150, plus optional travel insurance. Deposits MUST be made by January 31, 2026, but we highly recommend booking early to give yourself more time to pay off your room. To book, please refer to the "Travel" section for the reservation link. Once your room is 100% paid, that will count as your final RSVP. If your plans change and you're no longer able to attend, please notify us right away so we can adjust accordingly.

To avoid any issues, please make sure your passport is valid beyond December 2027. If you don’t have a passport yet, we recommend applying as soon as possible to prevent last-minute fees and stress. Mexico requires your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
We know a destination wedding can be a financial commitment, but with just under two years to go, there’s plenty of time to plan and save. If you set aside about $50 every two weeks per person, you should be able to comfortably cover both your hotel AND airfare by the time the final payment is due!
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is the nearest airport to the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, located about 45 minutes away by car. Round-trip airport transportation is included in our group rate, so make sure to book your stay using the link in the "Travel" section of this website to take advantage of this benefit.
We have a room block at the Hard Rock Los Cabos. You can find more information on this in the "Travel" tab. Most guests will be booking their stay from Thursday, June 3rd to Monday, June 7th, but feel free to adjust your dates to fit your schedule—as long as you meet the 3-night minimum stay requirement. We know it’s still early, but we wanted to give you all a heads-up so you can plan ahead and make this as easy and stress-free as possible. The ceremony starts at 5:00PM. We ask that all guests arrive by 4:45PM. If you are late, you will kindly be asked by our team to not enter the ceremony space. Please wait and enter during cocktail hour!
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. Drink responsibly and be ready to celebrate!
Please consider that the wedding and reception will be outdoors when planning your outfit. As the evening progresses, Cabo tends to get cooler at night. A light jacket is recommended.
