We understand that flying into Nicaragua is a big expense and we are very grateful for the effort you are making to be with us on our big day. Our advice would be to constantly monitor flights in the next weeks, but try to make a decision soon. Flights to Managua from the US tend to fill up fast, especially during high season and close to the holidays. See the travel section for more info on recommended airlines.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless they are specifically named on your invitation. However, if you have a partner you wish to travel with please let us know and we can add them to the invitation!
The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. Ideally, our guests should wear floor length formal dresses (bright colors encouraged!) and dark suits with ties and formal shoes. The weather in Nicaragua is always warm, but the reception will be in an air conditioned space.
The ceremony will be at a Catholic church near Karina's house. The reception will be immediately following the wedding mass at a venue located about 10 minutes from the church. Transportation will be provided for international guests attending the wedding.
