FAQs

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it would appear under your name when you RSVP through the website.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is a strictly Black-Tie, All-Black affair. Guests are required to wear formal black eveningwear. To ensure a cohesive look, attire must be solid black only—no patterns, no lace, no sequins, no embellishments, and no other colors. Jeans, sneakers, hats, or any form of casual attire are strictly prohibited. We kindly ask that all guests honor this request, as it will be strictly enforced.

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will be held outdoors.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 15, 2026. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. We kindly ask that you respond by this date, if not we will kindly mark you as "not attending".

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided our room block link under the travel tab.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

4:00PM. The doors will be closing at 5:00PM, and the ceremony will begin at 5:30PM. Unfortunately, no one will be allowed into the venue after 4:45PM until the ceremony is over at 7:00PM.

Question

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer, and they will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! We do kindly ask that phones be put on silent away during the wedding ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony ends.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What should I get the Newlyweds?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution toward our honeymoon fund would be truly appreciated. We are looking forward to celebrating our first adventure as a married couple!

Question

Should I bring my boarding pass?

Answer

Yes, please! Please remember to bring your boarding pass along to help us get you checked in smoothly and quickly when you arrive.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary on-site parking available at Villa Toscana. However, if you are staying at the hotel or plan on celebrating with us at the bar, we highly recommend taking a rideshare like Uber or Lyft! It is only about a 10-minute drive from the hotel block, so you can enjoy the night and leave the driving to someone else!

Question

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

We sure do! Please use our official hashtag #VIVAVALDEZ when sharing your photos and videos from our special day so we can see all the fun memories you capture!
