Will there be a wedding ceremony?

Nope! We eloped in August of 2025. This night is all about celebrating with our favorite people.

What is "garden formal" attire?

Answer

For Women: Floor-length or midi dresses are perfect. Think elegant summer fabrics, vibrant colors, and florals with heels. For Men: A suit (light or dark) is recommended, with a tie optional. Dress shoes are encouraged.

Should we bring our kids?

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you an opportunity to enjoy a special evening out!

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and dinner will all be served outdoors on the patio. There are indoor spaces in case of inclement weather.

What will the weather be like?

Washington weather in July is warm with cool evenings. We recommend checking your weather app the week before, and temperatures can vary.

Please arrive at 6:30 for cocktail hour.

How should I get to the reception venue?

There will be onsite valet for parking, and you are more than welcome to Uber/Lyft.

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes! Come prepared for cocktail hour, substantial appetizers, and a family style dinner. We have assured there will be plenty of food.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar. Cocktails we be served from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Beer and local Washington wine from JM Cellars will be available throughout the evening.

Our home is about an hour away from the venue.

Yes! It will be catered.

Yes!
