We're finally getting married!

Kari and Trent first met in college at UNOH, where they crossed paths but had no idea life was just planting a seed. A few years after graduation (in a completely different state), fate stepped back in when they met again at work—and this time, it stuck. They started dating on February 9, 2019, and quickly realized that second chances can be pretty perfect. Fast forward six years later to February 8, 2025—one day before their anniversary—when Trent proposed. Kari had made one thing very clear: any celebration had to be a day early because the Super Bowl falls on their anniversary. Romance, priorities, and good planning all in one. They’re best friends, proof that Hufflepuffs and Slytherins belong together, and agree on the most important things: Packer Sundays count as date night, Halloween is all year round, Star Wars Legends IS cannon, he’s her favorite, and she’s his. Now, they can’t wait to celebrate forever together.
