Please kindly RSVP by November 20th! If we do not hear from you after this day, we will assume that you are uanble to attend. There is an exception, if you contact either of us personally about RSVP we are more than happy to work with you!
We'd love to have everyone at our ceremony, but due to limited space at our venue we are having a small intimate ceremony. We are having our reception at a different location on site to be able to include everyone to celebrate with! On your invite it will say the event(s) you are invited to and the time. We hope you understand! If you need more clarification please reach out to Kari or Michael personally!
Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to get parked and seated before the event begins!
Due to limited space, only the guest(s) formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you recieved a plus one they will appear when you RSVP!
Dress to impress! Our Wedding is Black Tie. We encourage our guests to wear ALL black attire (excluding mens white dress shirts). Which includes women wearing floor length dresses , tea-length or midi dresses, and/or pantsuits. Men should wear formal black suits/black ties or tuxedos. If you do not have a suit please, come in all black attire! Click the "Gallery" tab for outfit inspo! Please refrain from wearing anything white!
While we love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Our wedding ceremony will be held inside. Our cocktail hour/reception will be a combination of indoor and outdoors. The area will be covered but with the option to be inside or outside! Please dress and/or bring clothing according to the weather.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras) The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do", We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share as soon as we recieve them! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like during the reception! We will have a place for you to be able to upload all photos and videos you took that night.
Yes our venue has parking, you will be directed where to park. However, if you need to be dropped of at the door there will accomodations. Our reception is on the same property at a different location. You will be guided on where to go and to park over at our reception!
Yes, we welcome that! Please let us know as soon as possible so we can make accomodations for you!
The reception starts at 5:00pm, the cocktail hour is an hour before that. We suggest getting there around 4:30-5:00pm to mingle with everyone and get your seats for the night.
If you are invited to the ceremony, please follow the signs on the property that point in the direction of the “Venue Hall”. If you are coming for the reception, follow the signs that point toward “Villas”.
We will have a small selection of alcohol for cocktail hour that you can prepare yourself. However, we encourage you to BYOB. Please prepare to bring your own cooler/bag to store your personal alcohol so your things don’t get mixed up with others.
Yes. We are using a catering service for the amount of people that RSVP. We will have snacks and desserts as well.
We understand things happen and plans change. If unfortunately you cannot attend after already sending your RSVP, please email us at kandmwedding100924@gmail.com as soon as possible. We must provide our catering service an exact headcount.
Our reception is taking place in the two houses located on the venue property, which are right next to each other. There will also be a pool and hot tub. We kindly ask everyone be respectful to the property owners and take care of their property. The venue is taking amazing care of us, and we want to show the same to respect to them. Destruction of property, bad behavior, and fighting/arguing will not be tolerated. We do not want to have to ask anyone to leave. We want this to be a fun, relaxing night for all!
