Are kids welcome?

Leave the Littles: We adore your children, but due to necessity rather than choice, the event will include children of wedding party only. We hope you understand and enjoy a date night. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to the venue, but will be provided at the end of the night to discourage people from drinking and driving. If you drive to the venue and decide to have a little too much fun, you can leave your car for the night as long as it is picked by up noon on Sunday. Times for shuttle pickup are: 9:30, 10:30, 11:30 pm. The shuttle service will transport people from Lilac Hills to the Embassy Suites Hotel at the end of the night. The shuttle will have enough room to fit 29 people total at a time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. If you drive to the venue and decide to have a little too much fun, you can leave your car for the night as long as it is picked by up noon on Sunday. If you don't feel comfortable leaving your car overnight, we recommend scheduling a Lyft or Uber ahead of time to take you from the hotel to the venue (Travel time in between Lilac Hills & Embassy Suites is about 20-30 minutes).
