Yes! The church where our ceremony will be held is in Washington, MO. Our reception is at Cedar Creek Hotel and Event Center in New Haven, MO, and this is where our cocktail hour and after party will also take place. These two locations are around 30 minutes from each other. Our ceremony will end at 4pm and our cocktail hour starts at 5pm, so we will have time to get from the ceremony to the reception location for the cocktail hour with ample time. With the little bit of extra time you might have in between the ceremony and reception, you can take this time to check into your hotel/lodge if you haven't yet, or you can stop at one of the few bars that are along the way to Cedar Creek!

There is ample parking for the ceremony and the reception.
The wedding party and family will be taking photos before the ceremony, so please arrive to the church no earlier than 2:45.
We will unfortunately not be providing guests with transportation between the two locations, nor will we have transportation to your hotel if you are not staying on property. However, there is sufficient parking at the church and the reception venue.
Absolutely! Our amazing venue will be able to accommodate to special requests. We can also accommodate to children if they don't want to eat the wedding dinner! We have not done our tasting yet to decide on a meal (as we still live in Arizona), but we will update the website as we have more information on that!
If you will not be driving back home and will need lodging the night of the wedding, we have options! Cedar Creek Event Center has lots of lodging options including rooms in Cedar Creek Lodge as well as cottages, gate houses, and the Rock House that you can rent out if you have a bigger party. You are welcomed and encouraged to book lodging on the property for the wedding night! If there aren't any rooms available by the time you go to book, I also have links to other hotels in the area on the "Travel" section of this website.
The saloon where the cocktail hour will take place is close to the event barn where the reception will take place, but the event staff will have golf carts to drive guests around if anyone needs!
We are doing something a little unconventional where you should have received our formal wedding invitation with the save the date, so you will not be receiving anything else in the mail for our wedding. (Just remember to RSVP when you know and book lodging if you will be staying the night :)
