Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation (school bus) from the Marriott in Normal to the Walton Center will be provided at 4 and 4:30 pm. Return transportation will be 9 and 10:30 pm.

Are masks required?

Answer

We would encourage those who would more comfortable wearing a mask to do so. We will have some masks available upon entry to the space.

What COVID precautions will be taken?

Answer

If you are sick or not feeling well 72 hours prior to June 18th, we ask that you not attend. The safety and health of our guests is extremely important to us. The space is large enough for guests to hang out at their table, in the bar area, or other seating areas throughout the night. We appreciate your help in keeping our celebration and guests safe.

Is there parking for the reception?

There is plenty of street parking at the Walton Center.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you dress for a evening celebration of our marriage. Please do not wear jeans.

If I have a food allergy, can I request a special meal?

Answer

We have made accommodations for vegetarian meals and vegan cupcake cakes to be available upon request. Our appetizers include vegetarian and vegan friendly options.

If there are changes to the reception plans, how will those be communicated?

Kevin and Kari will communicate changes via email as soon as they are aware of any!
