FAQs

The Wedding Website of Karen Montero and Ben Babcock
Feel free to reach out to us with any questions about our big day!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on this website by March 15th. If we do not receive a response by this time, we will reach out to you, but please RSVP as soon as you can.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please no denim/jeans and avoid all shades of white. The ceremony and reception will be held outside, weather permitting.

Question

Can I bring a date or my kids?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the envelope of your invitation. If your invitation says "and Guest" or lists your kids/family, you are welcome to bring a date and your children! Thank you for understanding and not bringing additional guests.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Please feel free to take as many photos as you want before the ceremony, during cocktail hour and most certainly during the reception! You may take photos during the ceremony discreetly.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

OF COURSE! Get ready to party all night. Drinks are on us and the hangover is on you!

Question

Will transport be provided?

Answer

To an extent- we will be providing a 55 seat shuttle to and from the Mt. Olive Residence Inn and Budd Lake Holiday Inn (they are across the street from each other). It will be first come, first serve. Guests should be ready to depart outside the Mt. Olive Residence Inn lobby at 3PM. The bus will depart the venue at 10:30PM. Please plan accordingly. We expect our guests to find transport if they miss the bus. Also keep in mind that ubers and taxis are limited around this area.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking for those not taking the shuttle. Please do not drink and drive! Our venue allows you to keep your car overnight as long as you pick it up before 12PM the next day.

Question

Is the ceremony and reception handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, please do not worry about accessibility. We will accommodate you with whatever you need.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know of any restrictions when you RSVP! We will make sure you have something yummy to eat!

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

If you would like to give us a gift, we kindly ask that you donate to our three options listed on our Zola site. We will also have a spot for cards at our reception.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive by 4:20PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM. Late parties will not be permitted.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

We have more questions, how can we contact you?

Answer

You may text Karen or Ben with any questions or you can feel free to email us at kmbbwedding@gmail.com
