What is the address to the ceremony and reception?

Our venue for both ceremony and reception is Paradise Ridge Winery, located at 4545 Thomas Lake Harris Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.

What's the easiest way to get to and from the venue?

Answer

The site is only 15 minutes from downtown Santa Rosa. We recommend taking Lyft or Uber to get there. If you choose to drive, follow the signs for tasting room all the way to the top. There is ample parking available at Paradise Ridge Winery We will also arrange a shuttle service from the Hyatt / Courtyard to the venue around 3 PM and back at 10 PM. Please include whether you plan to use the shuttle, and if so, which of the two hotels you're staying at in your RSVP. We'll update with more details closer to our wedding date.

Can I bring my kids?

As much as we adore the little ones, we're unfortunately only able to accommodate children from close family. We hope you'll understand that decision and you'll still be able to join us on our special day.

What options are there for accommodation?

Answer

Santa Rosa is a very popular travel destination in California and accommodation can become expensive if not arranged early on. There are however many options in and around Santa Rosa available, including hotels, bed & breakfasts and vacation rentals from Airbnb or Vrbo. We also managed to reserve special room rates for our guests at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country and the Courtyard by Marriott Santa Rosa. Please note that these room rates are not guaranteed, and only available if not booked out. The group reservation links are in the travel section of this invite.

You can RSVP through this very website. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by March 1, 2026.

What should we expect regarding the outdoor conditions at the venue?

Answer

As the venue is located on top of a hill, please be prepared for colder temperatures and wind. Weather permitting, our ceremony and the cocktail hour will take place outdoors.
