Bluegrass Welcome Canapes & Cocktails

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Please join us for a wedding welcome afternoon of canapes and cocktails. Meet fellow wedding weekend guests and enjoy the musical stylings of a local Colorado bluegrass band. Bluegrass attire encouraged. Also, please be sure to make dinner reservations in Vail after the gathering. It is technically the off-season so restaurants close early (between 8-9pm).

Wedding of Ryan & Karen

1:30 pm - 9:00 pm

The buses will be taking you to Piney River Ranch which is approximately a 35-45 minutes drive. Festivities conclude at 9pm. ATTIRE: Felegant (Fun & Elegant). Please bring a wrap or light coat for the evening. Also, stilettos and sandals are highly discouraged. We suggest closed toed shoes or boots.

There will be appetizers and cocktails from 3:30-4:30. Dinner will be a buffet style from 4:30-6pm. Dancing will be 6-9pm. During that time we will serve dessert and a late night snack.
