What if I can’t attend the wedding weekend?

Answer

We completely understand that not everyone will be able to make the trip, and we promise there are absolutely no hard feelings! Your love, support, and well wishes mean the world to us, no matter where you are. We know travel can be a big commitment, and we truly appreciate everyone who’s part of our lives, whether near or far. While we’ll miss celebrating with you in person, we’re looking forward to planning a special gathering in Houston, TX after the wedding to share memories, laughter, and love with everyone back home. We can’t wait to celebrate together then!

Will there be an itinerary for the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be sharing a Bride & Groom itinerary with our planned activities throughout the weekend. Guests are welcome to join us for any part of it or simply relax and enjoy all that Hotel Xcaret México has to offer at their own pace. Whether you’d like to explore the parks, unwind by the beach, or join us for a few of our favorite excursions, the weekend is yours to enjoy. We want everyone to have the freedom to make the most of their time in paradise, whether that means adventuring together or soaking up some sunshine solo.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

You’ll fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). If you book through our room block, round-trip transportation to and from the resort is included—no extra shuttle needed! We're also planning to look into flight discounts through a travel agent or directly with the airline, and we’ll share any savings or group codes we find to help make travel even easier and more affordable for everyone!

What are the room block dates?

Answer

The room block is available from April 25 to April 28, 2026, covering the full wedding weekend and all of our celebrations. To receive the special discounted rate and all the included perks, guests must stay a minimum of 3 nights during those dates. To be added into the room block it will be a deposit of $300. Once it’s received we will send you the link to book your room in full. If you'd like to arrive earlier or extend your stay, let us know — we can help request additional nights at the same rate (based on availability).

What does the $300 room deposit cover?

Answer

The $300 deposit does not go toward the total cost of your stay. It is a non-refundable payment that holds your room at the discounted group rate until late December. It guarantees your spot in the room block and locks in the lower pricing.

Question

When do I have to pay the full amount for my stay?

Answer

The $300 deposit is needed as soon as possible to hold your room at the discounted rate. However, the full booking with the resort isn’t due until January 20th. We’ll share your exact payment timeline once your deposit is in and your room is confirmed!
