From Karen: Rene is more than I could have asked the heavens to send me. He finds my quirkiness charming, my OCD tendencies amusing and despite all my faults, still manages to like me. Through the years Rene has taught me how to be more loving, how to be patient and kind and most of all, that our happiness together begins inside each of us. As I witness him navigate his life with his heart, he is the person who inspires me to be better than I am. Rene has given me our 3 sons, Renecito, Joaquin and little Antonio, who are our greatest blessings and biggest adventure. I am a mother, and now wife because I was blessed to be loved by him. I hope when he looks at me 50 years from now, he will still have that same look of love in his eyes and smile back at me. From Rene: Karen is everything I have always wanted. She is what TLC would call Crazy, Sexy, Cool. She can always make me laugh and smile with her peanut gallery remarks. She has the darkest black hair i've ever seen on a real person (it would make snow white jealous) that i love to run my fingers through. With her library of knowledge, she can work through almost any situation. Karen is the best mother on this planet and has given me three awesome boys who, like me, adore her to no end. She is everything that I am lacking and believe that is what makes us perfect for each other. I am still unsure how I got so lucky finding her and that she accepted my proposal. When all the kids grow up and leave our nest, my wish is that her love for me will still and always be there.
