Please RSVP on our website by 8/22/2025. You are welcome to RSVP before this date!
You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Of course! Come when you can – just don’t forget to RSVP “no” to events you won’t be attending.
Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited. If it includes a guest by name, then yes! If not, we prefer to just have you attend.
We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at the home.
Please plan on arriving at 1:30 pm to give yourself time to get a drink and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 2:00 pm.
We invite you to join us in wearing our wedding colors, which include black, rust, terracotta, but black will do! For photos, we ask that you avoid white.
The dress code is formal. Think formal dresses, a suit and tie, or a sports coat.”
After we say “I do,” we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour where we will serve refreshments, beer, cocktails, and light hors d’oeuvres. We will take our seats for dinner at 5:00 pm.
The ceremony will take place in an outdoor, grassy park; we recommend wearing flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held outside in the plaza at the Museum. We recommend bringing a jacket or warm layers, as the weather tends to cool down in the afternoon.
We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!
There is free public parking located directly next to the Museum of Ventura County. Address: 103 E Santa Clara St.
The ceremony is being held at Mission Park, outside the gates of the Museum of Ventura County.
