When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered through Zola. We would love for you to contribute to our honeymoon fund. However, if a thoughtful gift is more your style, feel free to bring anything you think we’d appreciate. There is no expectation or requirement! Your presence is gift enough. ❤️

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm. We recommend arriving around 2:15pm so you have time to park and walk to the ceremony site. You won’t want to miss a thing!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No black tie here! We recommend donning your best Renaissance Festival attire for a night back in time. Many websites, like HolyClothing.com are great places to look. Let us know if you need help!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Of course! Please let us know when you RSVP. We only have a few extra spaces, but many of you we know have a significant other or partner!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is an adults only event. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy a glass of mead without having to worry about keeping an eye on little ones!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Sadly, no hotels are close to Sherwood, however our “Travel” page has some recommendations for hotel accommodations. We also suggest checking local Air B&Bs for more options! A rental car is a great idea for exploring the area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We can cater to nearly anything, including vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and more. Let us know when you RSVP! Even if we already know, please remind us to make it easier for us to keep track and ensure you have a stress-free night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is complimentary, though it is in an off-road lot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be able to supply transportation to and from your chosen hotel to the ceremony location.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
