Here's a small glimpse to our little love story. Who knew that when we first met we would be here till this day! Our relationship has been nothing but a rollercoaster. We were 13 years old when we first met and as much as I love to make fun of him, he was the one who laid eyes on me. I have to be honest, I did not like him (sorry babe, but you know this). However, he was very sweet, kind, and would get nervous around me. We would say "hi" from a distance. Our freshmen year came around and we officially began dating. We were just two kids dating, not knowing what we wanted in life. Unfortunately, we turned 15 and took our own paths. But, God had different plans for us and brought us back together. We began dating again a year later and fell in love. It started as "Hey let's go out" to “You want to be my girlfriend?" outside of my uncles house on my grandmothers birthday. Not being able to date and hiding from my parents, meant that our siblings were always around. Yay! Or more like “Dang it". But we did whatever it took to see each other. We both encouraged each other and had great plans for our future. From high school to college, our journey was just about to begin. College was an accomplishment we wanted to complete together, not knowing how challenging and complicated things can become. We managed to encourage each other. Completing our degrees has been our biggest accomplishment as a couple. We have come a long way and here we are today “ENGAGED” and planning our wedding SEVERAL TIMES thanks to COVID ( talk about a curve ball). Life has thrown some crazy things at us! but with God's help we have overcome every obstacle. We ground each other, we bring joy, tears, and smiles. No matter how crazy and insane things can get, we place our trust in each other and in God's hands. Here's to many more adventures!
