Our Ceremony starts at 4pm sharp! Please arrive in enough time to park, walk to your seat. About 10 minutes to 15 minutes prior to the ceremony should be allotted.
If Your invite says and guest or plus one? Then winner winner chicken dinner! You may bring a guest! If it does not, sadly you are stuck with just us and about 110 other people 😂

For the ceremony, there is parking for approximately 25 cars. The ceremony site is also within walking distance of most of the valley hotels. For the reception, parking is across the street from the conference and event center. The Cocktail hour is in the speakeasy which is inside the conference and event center or you may walk down the walkway on the side of the event Center towards the Garden Terrace tent and you can enter the speakeasy and outdoor area for cocktail hour from there
We have arranged a trolley to pick guests up starting at 3:15 p.m. and bring you from your hotel at the Golden Eagle Lodge or from the Town Square, to the ceremony. The trolley will bring guests from the ceremony to the reception. The trolley will NOT be available to bring guests from the reception back to their hotels. However, all hotels are within walking distance of the reception site.
