The ceremony will begin promptly at 6pm. You should plan to arrive by 5:45pm.
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
We will be serving pecan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Please let us know a month in advance if you have any dietary restrictions so we can accommodate your preferences.
Yes, please see the travel section of the page for additional details. We have placed 15 rooms on hold at the Best Western Plus Hill Country Suites. The hotel is approximately 12 miles or 18 minutes away from the McNay Art Museum. Please be aware that the March Madness event will be taking place the same weekend of the wedding. Hotel pricing is expected to increase and availability will be limited. We recommend to book your stay as soon as possible.
The ceremony will be outdoors, in the front lawn area (if weather permits). Cocktail hour will take place in the gallery & patio area. The reception will be held in the ballroom.
