Neither one expected to meet virtually but Carlos being from Washington and Karen from Texas, getting a little assistance didn't hurt. Sparks flew when both met and just when the world shutdown for Covid-19, Carlos and Karen's love story began.

Carlos proposed on a friday night at Buffalo Bayou Park with a beautiful picnic overlooking the Houston downtown skyline. Planning wasn't easy but with a little help he was able to pull off the perfect proposal! Surrounded by both of their families, Karen said yes to the love of her life!
