Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a motor coach taking two trips of people from the Alexander Hotel to the venue before the ceremony, then a return route from 9pm onwards for everyone to get back. SHUTTLE TIMES: 4:00 PM from the Alexander to Biltwell 4:45 PM from the Alexander to Biltwell RETURN TIMES Continuous trips from 9PM to close from the Biltwell to the Alexander, last trip by 12:30AM

Are kids welcome?

No, unfortunately, due to the size of our guest list and the number of friends and family members with children, we’ve had to make the very difficult decision to host an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand that this was a very difficult decision to make, and we truly appreciate your support. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

The Biltwell has plenty of parking, and you're welcome to leave your car overnight to get a safe ride home.
