Arch of Cabo San Lucas
The rock formations at Land's End, known as El Arco, are the most iconic sights in the Cabo landscape. Rent an ocean kayak and paddle out to view them and the resident sea lions. Or try a water taxi or cruise; most outfitters make a stop there. Rent some jet skis on the beach and I dare you to try to go under the arch!
Hit the Surf
Hit the Surf Surfers, the swells are best in summer months, when tropical storms kick up giant waves. For Zippers, Mile 17 on the Cabo Corridor is a great spot, but it's not for beginners. For gentler swells, try the breaks at Old Man's, La Roca and Acapulquito.
Todos Santos
This sleepy little surf town north of Los Cabos is a pretty 45-minute drive along the Pacific side of the peninsula. If you're craving a change of scenery, head north to Todos Santos. Visit the infamous Hotel California and savor a meal at the establishment's Italian restaurant. Then it's off to shop amongst the artsy, new-age galleries and boutiques.
Sport Fishing
Sport Fishing: Trophy Catches. Los Cabos is home to the highest paying sport fishing tournament in the world for good reason. The rich waters of the Sea of Cortez support a robust marine life that includes trophy-sized Marlin, Tuna, Dorado, Wahoo, and Sailfish.
