Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 28, 2025

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 1:30 PM. You are welcome to come in as early as 1:00 PM. We recommend you arrive by 1:15 in order to give you time to find a seat.

Question

Will the ceremony be live streamed?

Answer

Yes! We completely understand that not everyone can join us in person. We’ll be sharing a Zoom link so you can still be part of the celebration from wherever you are. The link will be sent out closer to the wedding date via email — make sure we have your most up-to-date contact info!

Question

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. After the ceremony we’ll be taking some time for photos with our wedding party and families. This also allows time for guests to travel to the reception venue, grab a coffee, or freshen up before the festivities continue!

Question

When will we eat!?

Answer

Fair, this is the second most important question of the day. Cocktail hour will begin at the reception venue at 4:00pm where we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. Dinner will begin at 5:30 pm.

Question

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive at the reception by 4:00 PM to enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres and drinks before dinner and dancing begin. It’s the perfect time to mingle, relax, and get the celebration started.

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We have paid for cocktail hour so everyone can get started. If you require more than that to enjoy our reception there will be drinks available for purchase.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or a suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a cocktail dress would be appropriate.

Question

What colors should I avoid wearing?

Answer

White, especially a white wedding dress.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accomadate a plus one for everyone. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event with the exception of children from immediate family.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but cocktail hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting).

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

We expect the day to be comfortably warm, highs in the low 70s°F. As we will be close to the beach, evenings tend to turn cooler. We recommend bringing a light layer just in case, specially if the evening gets breezy!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we ask that you use our registry and have it delivered to our home in Texas. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
