The closest hotels to the reception are the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Lansing and the Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol. We have reserved a block of rooms for guests at both hotels. There will be a bus to shuttle guests between these two indicated hotels and the reception venue.
The shuttle will begin picking guests up at 4:50PM at the Courtyard by Marriott, proceed to the Radisson, then onto the Cadillac Room. This loop should occur 3-4 times, every ~10 minutes, starting at 4:50PM. The shuttle will return guests to their hotels later in the evening.
We have included other hotels from various clusters (North - 6 miles, West - 8 miles, and East - 10 miles). If you do indeed need a hotel, please choose what works best for you in terms of price, location, and/or proximity. :)
