Can I bring a guest? / Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those that are formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will be listed on the envelope / attached to your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting formal attire. We recommend formal (tea / floor length) dresses and suits. Please no jeans or t-shirts! For ladies, please refrain from wearing white, off-white, ivory, or champagne.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Typically, we see temperatures in the high-70s / low-80s during the day. Temperatures usually cool down to mid-60s at night. During July, the sun will not set until 9 pm!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

All wedding day festivities will take place at Chateau Lill in Woodinville, WA. Ceremony and cocktail time will be outdoors on grass. Dinner will be in a covered tent with dancing inside.

Will transportation be provided? / Is there parking?

Answer

For those who will be driving, there is limited parking on the property. For those who are drinking, we recommend ride-sharing to the event. Shuttles will be available at the end of the night back to the two hotels.

What area should we stay in?

Answer

We have two hotel options within our hotel block. Please refer to the travel tab for the reservation links. If you are interested in staying in a different neighborhood these are our recommendations: - Woodinville (neighborhood of venue) | wineries, wineries, wineries - Bellevue (about 20 min drive to venue) | walkable, shopping, Seattle's business area - Capitol Hill (about 35-45 min drive to venue) | Where Karena and Alex live, has a lightrail station, home to Seattle's nightlife (restaurants / bars) - Downtown (about 45 min drive to venue) | close proximity to Seattle tourist attractions

How do I share my allergy/dietary restriction with you?

Answer

There will be a section during the RSVP process where you will have the opportunity to add any allergy / dietary notes we should be aware of.

There is a QR code on the back of your invitation to RSVP to our wedding weekend! You can also copy and paste the following link to RSVP. Please RSVP by May 31, 2025 https://www.aisleplanner.com/app/v2/our-wedding/karenaandalex/rsvp

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly ☺️
