We met in college at the University of the West Indies in 2017. We enjoyed each other's company, but we were just friends. We lost contact for a short while and then a mutual friend connected us in 2019. I usually found it hard to stay on a call for five minutes, but found myself easily spending 5 hours on a call with Crystal. Phone calls turned into visits, and we fell deeply in love.
