What time is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will be at 3pm at St Mary Church located at 5 Hillhouse Avenue in New Haven The reception will be at 5:30pm at the New Haven Lawn Club. Shuttle transportation will be available from the hotel room blocks. Parking is available for those driving. Transportation will be provided to St Mary Church via the hotel room blocks and back to allow guests to refresh before the reception. Transportation will also be available to the reception. Please reference the schedule for more details available 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Both the church and reception is also walking distance from the hotel room blocks for guests who chose to stroll weather permitting.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Ceremony - Church appropriate attire or reception attire optional Reception - Black Tie Black tie is suggested as suits or tuxedos for men, long dresses for women.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome for the church ceremony. To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, the reception will be for adults only. We thank you for your understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the hotel room block information under the “travel” section. We also suggest exploring Airbnb and VRBO for beach rentals in Branford, Guilford and Madison.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available at St. Mary Church and the New Haven Lawn Club. Guests are encouraged to use the transport provided or use an Uber to allow for safe transport after celebrating! Transport details will be available in the schedule section closer to the event!

Answer

Kindly reach out to the bride and groom directly or note your request on your RSVP card and we will try our best to accommodate you.
