In 2016, two young men met by chance — a shared laugh over spilled teriyaki sauce at a Sarku Japan food court table. That first date turned into a hundred more: movies, late-night talks, quiet mornings with coffee (one iced and one hot) and music playing on the record player. Years passed, and their little apartment grew fuller — first with love, then with two mischievous cat children who ruled the couch and their hearts (shout-out Theo & Jackson!). Now, a decade later, they’re planning their wedding for 2026 — the same warmth in their smiles, the same spark that began with a simple meal and the feeling that they’d finally found home in each other.
