What is the best way to RSVP and when is the deadline?

The easiest way to RSVP is right here on our website. Please RSVP by August 1, 2026. Any responses received past this time will be declined due to venue requirements.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4 p.m. so please arrive by 3:45 p.m. to be seated.

Our guest list is set, so only those listed on your invitation are invited. Thanks so much for understanding — we can’t wait to party with you!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we’ve chosen to make our celebration an adults-only event. We hope you’re able to enjoy a fun night out and celebrate with us!

Is there parking at Martinson Hall?

Answer

No, but there are several public parking options. There is one public lot behind Duluth Trading Company that allows overnight parking. There are also two lots near Martinson Hall that are public but do not allow overnight parking. View all parking options here: http://bit.ly/3WlFrRj

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire: think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, dark suits, blazers, dress shirt and dress pants.

Will the wedding, cocktail hour or reception be held outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. The average temperature in Madison in September is about 75 degrees so fingers crossed for a perfect early-fall day!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. All indoor and outdoor areas including the bathroom are wheelchair accessible and there is an elevator to get up to the 2nd floor venue space.
