To kick off the wedding weekend, join us for an outdoor BBQ with a roasted pig on the day of arrival! We’ll be serving up a full spread of delicious BBQ favorites, along with plenty of beer and wine to toast the start of the celebrations. It’s the perfect chance to settle in, have a drink, and soak up the beautiful surroundings with friends and family.

Brunch
11:30 am
Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, jumpsuits, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, button downs and slacks or shorts.
We'll be hosting a relaxed brunch the day before the wedding! This will double as a rehearsal brunch for the wedding party, and a tasty start to the day for everyone else. Enjoy good food and a laid-back time before our Assisi adventure later in the afternoon.
City Adventure

We’d love for you to join us for a special outing to Assisi! We'll be renting a bus/taxis to take everyone into this stunning hilltop town, known for its charming medieval streets, breathtaking views, and rich history as the birthplace of St. Francis. Once there, you'll have free time to wander, soak in the beauty, and grab dinner at your own pace. We’ll share where we’ll be in case you want to meet up for a drink or a bite—or feel free to explore on your own!

Bridal party preparations

The morning of the wedding, we’ll kick off the celebrations with a relaxing and fun getting-ready session! Hair and makeup will be provided for the bridal party as we spend the morning together sipping champagne, listening to music, and getting dressed. It’s a special time to soak in the excitement, share some laughs, and enjoy each other’s company before walking down the aisle.
Free time for guests
10:00 am - 4:00 pm
While the wedding party is getting ready, guests will have the day to enjoy some free time at their leisure. Feel free to lounge by the pool, go for a walk, play a game of tennis or soccer, or simply relax with a good book and take in the beautiful surroundings. Breakfast and lunch will be served during the day—meal times will be shared closer to the date. We want this time to be as fun and laid-back as the rest of the weekend, so make yourself at home and enjoy!
Groomsmen preparations
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

The afternoon of the wedding, the groomsmen will get ready together—suiting up, enjoying a few drinks, and soaking in the pre-ceremony excitement. It’s a chance to relax, share some laughs, and help the groom get ready for the big moment. We’ll make sure there’s plenty of time for photos and a toast (or two) before heading to the ceremony.
Wedding party + family photos

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Before the ceremony, we’ll be gathering the wedding party and close family for portraits in a beautiful spot on the property. This will be a chance to capture some of the most meaningful moments of the day. We'll share a photo schedule ahead of time so everyone knows where to be and when, and we promise to keep things fun, relaxed, and running smoothly!

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Our wedding day will begin with a heartfelt ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour featuring light bites and local flavors. Afterward, we’ll gather for a plated dinner, cake cutting, and an outdoor reception under the stars with music from our DJ, plenty of dancing, and an open bar with wine, beer, and cocktails flowing all night. It’s going to be an unforgettable evening, and we’re so excited to share it with all of you.
