What are the order of events?

Guest Arrival: 3:30PM to 4:05PM Ceremony: 4:15PM to 5:00PM Intermission: 5:00PM to 5:30PM Reception: 5:30PM to 10:30PM

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:15pm in the evening, please arrive and be seated no later than 4:10PM

Is there any hotels I can book?

Answer

Yes, we want you to have a good time and enjoy your night out on the town so we have curated a list of hotels for you to choose from. Please refer to the "Travel" section for more details.

Can I bring an extra guest?

Answer

If your guest’s name is listed on the invite and RSVP, then YES! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love the little ones, we have decided that only kids apart of the wedding party are welcome to attend our wedding. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.

What is the attire for this event?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guest dress in black-tie event. In addition, we request that you avoid any other colors besides black. Please be mindful of the winter weather. Cannot wait to see you in your best dress. The ceremony will be outdoors area and reception following will be indoors.

The venue has designated parking to the back of the venue. Just follow the signs.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Louisiana is unpredictable! Let's pray for perfect weather, but be mindful of temperatures ranging from 65 degrees to possible lows in the 40s.
