Using the link below, access the 'RSVP and Book' tab to book your room through our travel agency. Additionally, be sure to add your flights to the 'Airport Transfers' tab to sign up for your complimentary shuttle to/from the the airport. Guests must book through this link to attend all wedding events and access group benefits, like complimentary shuttles to/from the airport and a $200 per day resort credit. Guests who choose to stay offsite will be required to purchase day passes to attend each day of events. KEY DATES: - Upon completion of RSVP & Book: $200 deposit due, remaining balance charged in September/October - September 30, 2026: Book by this date to ensure our negotiated rate and group benefits - November 4, 2026: Cancellations on or after will be charged a 50% penalty - December 4, 2026: Cancellations on or after will be charged in full and are non-refundable
