Arriving in India?
Answer
Guests traveling from outside India will require an OCI / e-Visa / Visa to enter the country. Visa on arrival to non-Indian passport holders is currently not available, so please ensure you apply before traveling. People traveling from a large number of countries can obtain an e-visa by applying here. This visa can be obtained for 30 days, 1 year or 5 years. In case you are not eligible for an e-visa, you can get a regular visa stamp in your passport. You will need to fill out several forms and book an appointment at your nearest VFS branch. It can be difficult to find appointments so it is recommended to start this process as early as possible. You can find more instructions by selecting your specific country here. All passengers arriving in India via a flight need to fill out the Air Suvidha self-declaration form. This form needs to be filled and submitted no more than 3 days before your flight. There are several websites that try to charge you for this form when it should be free. We would recommend using the Delhi Airport link here.

Answer
Goa is accessible through several modes of transport such as bus, train and flights. While Goa has an international airport, it might be hard to find direct flights. You can transit through several locations such Mumbai, Bengaluru, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Kolkata. As soon as your travel details to goa are finalised, please do let us know through the form on the "Booked Travel" page. This will help us arrange appropriate transportation for you to and from the hotel.

Accommodation will be booked in South Goa, near Colva beach. More details will be provided as guest number are confirmed. Check In Date: 23-01-23, 2PM In order to check in, you will be required to present the following ID documents: Passport Visa or OCI card Arrival & departure information Aadhaar card or Driving License for Indian Passport holders You will receive an email to collect these documents in advance for a smoother check in process. Check Out Date: 26-01-23, 10AM Please note: Any early check-ins or late check-outs may incur an additional charge, which will be charged to the guest directly.
