The Funk Zone
We hang out here every time we visit Santa Barbara! Within a few blocks, you'll find restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and breweries. It's easily walkable, and you can always find a place to drop in and hang out.
State Street
You'll find tons of shops and restaurants if you take a walk down State Street. We always leave with a Santa Barbara souvenir every time we browse the shops.
The Pier
Take a walk down Santa Barbara's pier! You'll find great views of the ocean and Santa Barbara, along with some shops and restaurants.
Santa Barbara Zoo
For those with kids or the kid at heart, the Santa Barbara Zoo is a short ride away from downtown and close to the Mar Monte Hotel and East Beach.
