How to Book: To ensure you are part of our wedding group and receive the discounted rates we’ve negotiated, please book directly through our dedicated link attached below, and use the code provided. You will click the "book now" button in the corner once getting into the link. Payment Schedule: We HIGHLY suggest getting your room booked as soon as possible as rooms are on a first come first serve basis. There is another wedding already scheduled the same weekend as ours at the resort, so the sooner the better! When booking your room, you will have two options for payment. The first option is to put down no deposit and pay for your room in full 14 days prior to your arrival date. The second option is to pay for your stay in full at the time of booking. Considerations: When booking your stay, please consider the resort's premium room tiers, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited availability. The highest tier is the Club & Villa Level, which offers the ultimate resort experience; although it comes at a higher price point, it includes an upgraded suite in a prime location, enhanced room amenities, and exclusive access to the dedicated Club Lounge and other restricted areas throughout the property. Alternatively, the Preferred Club option is a wonderful mid-tier choice that still provides upgraded perks, though it offers slightly less access to exclusive amenities than the top-tier Club & Villa level. Cancun International Airport (CUN)

You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Once there, it is only a short 20-25 minute drive to get to the resort! You will need to schedule your own airfare and transportation to the resort, as we will not be utilizing a travel agent. We recommend for guests to plan on arriving Wednesday, June 16. We will personally be staying at the resort until Thursday, June 24. Passports: Please check your passport expiration date! Most countries, including Mexico, require your passport to be valid for 6 months beyond your travel dates.

Amstar

Transportation is NOT included with your room booking unless you select that option. The hotel recommends booking your airport shuttle through Amstar. The link to book your transfer is below. Prices range from $108 for a shuttle transfer round trip to $298 for a deluxe private transfer. Another option that we have seen good reviews on is "Happy Shuttle Cancun". Prices for this range from $119 to $200.
