Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you are planning on attending our wedding by May 1, 2025! If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate if you let us know at the soonest opportunity.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens by 2:55. All guests will be gathered in front of the carriage house and will be guided to the ceremony location at 3:00.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is complimentary guest parking at both Stan Hywet and the Hilton. We do recommend carpooling when possible to prevent overcrowding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know about any food restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I bring my kids / a plus one?

Answer

Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, so we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see who we are able to accommodate. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope you see this as an opportunity to take the night off and enjoy the party with us!

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please! However, we are requesting you avoid the first 3 rows on each side at the ceremony for our immediate family. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know.
