To our out-of-town guests: welcome to Tulsa! Below you'll find airport information and hotel and lodging recommendations. Please note, several events are taking place in Tulsa on the weekend of our wedding, including Tulsa Tough - a 3-day cycling race throughout Downtown Tulsa. For that reason, we are providing recommendations rather than room blocks. The hotels and house rentals recommended below should not be impacted by road closures.

Flight

Tulsa International Airport (TUL)

For those flying in, we recommend flying to Tulsa International Airport. TUL is a short distance from downtown and accommodates several airlines.

The Tulsa Club is a 10 minute walk from the Welcome Party, and a less-than-10 minute drive from the wedding venue. This is our personal favorite hotel in the area, as it's just been renovated in it's original Art Deco style.

The Hyatt Regency Downtown is a 10 minute walk from the Welcome Party and close to several local restaurants and activities. It is a 10 minute drive from the wedding venue. The Hyatt also provides complimentary airport shuttles to and from TUL.

Tulsa, OK

If you're traveling with a large group, there are many house rental options near the venue! We started an airbnb wishlist to help with your search, but there are several more options in various price points. We do recommend sticking close to Cherry Street, Utica, and Brookside neighborhoods (all within 10 minutes of the venue) to avoid the Tulsa Tough Race road closures.
