At first it wasn’t love at first site. We were standing there in the kitchen of an old friends place, and I’m not sure if it was the nerves or just complete amazement, but it took us awhile to say our first hello’s, although throughout the entire night we did exchange a few side eye glances. As the night went on we finally grew the courage to speak to each other, and our first words were muddled to say the least. After that moment the conversation never stopped, it’s like we knew each other for years, rather than meeting for the first time that night. We shared our first kiss in the tree house away from the crowd outside, nervous as all heck, and maybe alittle shy. But the butterflies have never left. To this day I still feel like we’ve known each other our whole lives, and the butterflies still continue.
