One of our favorite weekend activities is a hike along the buttermilk or North Banks trail. 99% of the time it is followed by a pup cup for Finny!

If you are looking for a place to run, check out Pony Pasture. If you go early enough you will get a beautiful view of the sunrise over the river. Kara and Meghan(bridesmaid) often meet here on the weekend to run!
Site of the annual Watermelon festival and where Kara and Jenna frequently strolled their babydolls as kids, Carytown is full of cute shops, yummy food, and delicious sweet treats. A lot of time was spent in Carytown out first two years of dating as Nick lived just behind Cary Street on Elwood Ave.

Short pump is an outdoor mall with tons of shops and restaurants. A family favorite restaurant is Anokha(Indian) if you venture out that way!
