Flight
Yes, Kalamazoo has an airport! It's small, but flies some major airlines (Delta, American Airlines, etc). There's also Grand Rapids, which is about an hour away.
Shuttle

Boarding to the venue (picking up at the Homewood Suites): one trip with the bus arriving at 3:30 pm and leaving promptly at 3:45 pm. Please plan accordingly to either board the shuttle at this time or plan an alternate safe ride. From the reception to the hotels: 4 trips starting at 9:00 pm-midnight
